Heavy duty floor perforated floor grille made of 3mm thick mild steel plate as standard welded with supporting frame for high load capacity and rigidity. Collar Damper available as accessory for Supply Air. Suitable for standard floor tile replacement.

DESCRIPTION

  • Frame and face plate are made of high quality cold rolled cold annealed steel construction with corrosion resistance powder coating.
  • Structure is robustly constructed and welded with supporting bars positioned in the frame.
  • Applicable for installation in gymnasium, sport halls, hospitals, computer rooms, sever rooms and data centres.
  • A recess has to be provided around the grille, in the floor to install the grill flush with the floor (or) carpet level for carpeted floors. In case of raised floors, it can be installed as tile replacement.
  • Perforation size is 6mm diameter as standard. Design can be custom made to suit required flow output.
  • Grilles are fixed rigidly with opposed blade damper by rivets. This ensures positive control over the air stream. Damper blades can be gear operated by lifting the grille from the floor. Alternately, slotted Hit and miss damper can be provided on request.
  • Total structure is manufactured by mechanical assembly, assuring rigidity and to maintain flat and level appearance.
  • Custom sizes can be made on request.
