Extruded Aluminium Low Leakage Volume Control Damper with aero-foil opposed blades and nylon gears system outside air stream, with optional motorized actuator.
- Frame and blades are of high quality extruded aluminium profiled construction with the advantages of corrosion resistance and rigidity.
- Double skinned aerofoil blades are standard.
- Blades are coupled by toothed nylon gears which provides opposed blade operation.
- Gear operation system is located outside of air stream.
- Hand locking quadrant is provided with clear open/ close indication and three intermediate open positions (1/4 – 1/2 – 3/4).
- Optional: can be provided with a motorised actuator of any make.
- Gasket can be fixed in between blades for low leakage applications.
- Surface finish is natural mill finish as standard. Powder coating or anodizing can be done as per requirement.
- Frame size: 125mm depth and standard flange height of 40mm.
- Drive shaft: Electro-plated square rod of size 12mm x 12mm.
- Bushings: Self-lubricating nylon bushings.
